  • Customer: Inquire about the production progress and delivery date of the purchase order.
    Answer: Confirm the progress or delivery date with the production team first, then reply to the customer with specific progress and shipping date, and confirm the delivery address and contact information with the customer.
  • Customer: Inquire about the start and end dates of the warranty period for the purchased order.
    Answer: Generally, the warranty period is one year from the date of delivery. If there are acceptance terms, it will be 12 months from the date of equipment acceptance or 18 months from the date of arrival (whichever comes first).
